“Long-term practitioners reported higher private charge and lower illness concern in contracting Covid 19 than the mid-term or beginner groups. Mid-Term and long-term practitioners also noted perceiving lower emotional result of Covid-19 and lower risk in contracting Covid-19 than the beginners,” IIT-D said in a statement.

The study noted that long term practitioners had “highest peace of mind, lowest depression & anxiety, without having significant difference in the mid-term as well as the novice computer user group”.
